Inside the RiverHouse

The RiverHouse Clubhouse is designed to inspire relaxation and conversation. Large, open spaces are filled with comfortable seating areas make it perfect for community events and private parties.

With its dramatic high beamed ceiling, the clubhouse is the perfect place to host a party (can be rented for a minimal fee).

A private dining or conference room accommodates smaller groups, and the doors open to an outdoor dining area with a separate food prep area and a large fireplace/grill, expanding the space for larger parties.

If you like to participate in one of America’s fastest-growing wellness activities, you’ll love the peaceful Yoga Studio. Sign up for a class and enjoy the tranquility with your close friends.

Sports-fields and Courts

Serve up the fun—and fitness—day or night at the RiverHouse Tennis Courts. Three lighted Har-Tru courts are available for competitive play and friendly matches. An expansive field is designed to accommodate games for both kids and adults. Close to home, the field is a great practice venue for young athletes as well as a convenient spot for a friendly pickup game.

Swimming Pools

Make a splash year-round at the RiverHouse pools. Residents use the Olympic-size pool for swim meets, swimming lessons and lap swimming. The zero-entry resort-style pool is perfect for kids of all ages to cool off and relax. Highlighted by the signature corkscrew slide, the pool is the central place for family fun.

Tot Lot

A centrally located Tot Lot at the RiverHouse can keep the youngest residents entertained for hours with age-appropriate equipment. The Tot Lot complements the many pocket parks located throughout RiverTown.

School Bus Stop

K–12 students attending St. Johns County public schools can catch the school bus without leaving RiverTown. The community bus stop is conveniently located at the RiverHouse and the Arbors neighborhood front. Children can ride their bikes to the bus stop—and leave them without a worry.

Basketball Courts

Ideal for all ages, the basketball courts create a space where residents can enjoy pick-up games, connect with neighbors, or perfect their shot.

Palm Pavilion

Palm Pavilion's outdoor seating area with an inviting fire pit and a well-equipped prep kitchen creates a charming space where residents can gather for cozy evenings, entertain guests, or simply unwind in style.
